Age Requirements To access services provided by Amelia Reed, you must provide accurate personal information and be at least 18 years old. This requirement applies to account registration, subscription purchases, and participation as a customer in any creator membership. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account and for maintaining its security. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for any activity occurring under your account. Violations of these Terms of Service or applicable policies may result in account suspension or termination. Users must refrain from illegal conduct, abusive behavior, and any attempts to exploit or disrupt the technical functionality of the Ameliareed.com. Please review our Security Policy for further information. We reserve the right to take action against any attempt to undermine the integrity or safety of the platform.
Transactions and Subscriptions These terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the Amelia Reed platform, including subscriptions and one-time gift donations.
Pricing & Currency All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). VAT is excluded from the listed price and, where applicable, will be calculated and added during checkout. For users in the European Union, VAT is included in the initial subscription setup.
Subscriptions To access exclusive content from Amelia Reed, a paid subscription is required. By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All charges are processed in USD. Additional currency conversion or transaction fees may be applied by your financial institution.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account. Access to premium content will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. No further charges will be made unless you choose to resubscribe.
Billing Statement All charges, including subscriptions and one-time gift donations, will appear on your billing statement as AMS Consulting.
Gift Donations Users may send one-time gift donations, which are processed immediately and are non-refundable.
Refunds and Chargebacks Unwarranted refund or chargeback requests are prohibited. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Compliance with Economic Sanctions As a U.S.-based entity, we comply with all applicable economic sanctions and trade regulations, including those enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Transactions with restricted individuals or regions as identified by OFAC are prohibited.
Continuous Improvement and Testing We routinely test and enhance features across the Amelia Reed platform. These updates may include additions, modifications, or removals experienced by a select group of users. Material deviations from existing terms will be clearly communicated.
System Outages and Limitations Access to the platform may occasionally be disrupted due to Internet traffic, connectivity issues, or capacity limitations. These interruptions may affect any system or device—ours, yours, or that of a service provider. We are not responsible for performance delays or access disruptions caused by such occurrences.
Security Disclaimer We do not guarantee the complete security of the platform. You are responsible for securing your devices, maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, and monitoring account activity. We are not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access, compromised devices, or unpermitted use of your account.

Account Deactivation You may deactivate your account at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including cancellation of subscriptions and associated content. Legal action may not be taken against us for suspension or termination of another user’s account. These terms remain enforceable even after account deactivation.
Intellectual Property All materials on the Amelia Reed platform—including text, images, videos, logos, and software—are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited license to use promotional assets (such as the Amelia Reed logo) solely for authorized purposes. Reproduction or distribution without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold AMS Consulting LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Amelia Reed platform or violation of these Terms. We retain full authority over legal defense and may require your cooperation in resolving such matters.
Legal Disclaimer
Warranty Disclaimer The Amelia Reed platform is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied and express warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability Our liability for any damages related to your use of the Amelia Reed platform is limited to the amount we have earned from your transactions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or losses resulting from unmet expectations or conflicting contracts.
Dispute Resolution We encourage users to reach out to resolve issues directly. If necessary, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Exceptions apply for disputes concerning intellectual property or enforcement of this clause, which may be addressed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law All legal matters shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, with venue in Jackson City, Wyoming. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and AMS Consulting LLC. Any unenforceable provision will be modified or severed without affecting the validity of the remainder.
Amendments We may revise these Terms periodically. Notice will be given for significant changes affecting user rights. Continued use of the Amelia Reed platform signifies your acceptance of updated terms.

Effective Date These Terms of Service are effective for all users joining the Amelia Reed platform on or after May 20, 2025.
